License Requests

Our software is available either for short-term evaluation or purchase. To obtain a license key, please follow the appropriate process below.

To Request an Evaluation
To request an evaluation copy of our software, please follow these steps:

1. Complete our License Request Form (PDF).
2. Submit the form to license@redcedartech.com or fax it to 517.664.1175

Once we approve your request, we will email you the license key and instructions for downloading and installing the software.

To Purchase a License or Extend/Modify an Existing License
If you are a new customer who would like to purchase a software license, or you are an existing customer who needs to extend or modify your license, please follow these steps:

1. Complete our License Request Form (PDF).
2. Email the form to license@redcedartech.com or fax it to 517.664.1175

Once we receive your form, we will contact you directly to complete the additional steps in the purchase process.

To Upgrade to the Latest Version
All software upgrades are available at no additional cost to customers whose licenses are active at the time of the release. When a new version of the software is available, we will send current customers an email containing download instructions. If you have any questions about upgrading, please contact Technical Support.
